Moe did an awesome job working through the problem with me. Actually saved me thousands of dollars and provided a reasonable solution to my cracked patio door glass issue. Installation was smooth but had a couple small installation issues. No problem, Moe ensured everything was 100% and even came back the next day to doublecheck and make sure I was happy with the project! Pro Glass did an excellent job of quickly replacing the cracked, double pane glass in our basement window. We broke it accidentally while cleaning the window well and we had it replaced within 4 days of reaching out to them. Mohsen was very responsive, made it easy for me to get an estimate with a couple of pictures and provided a very affordable estimate – no surprises after installation either. Hopefully we don’t have another broken window any time soon, but if we did I would not hesitate to call them! Highly recommend this company.
Mo is the owner of the company. He was very professional and provided quality glass replacements for my sliding glass doors and two other windows that had been broken by a tenant. When the double hung sash window in my home failed due to a fault balance, Mo and his team came within an hour on a Sunday evening to secure my home from the incoming rain. He was extremely communicative during the process of sourcing the pieces necessary to fix the window. He fixed the faulty window and I also had him replace the pane of another window that had fogged up due to a broken thermal seal. He worked transparently and efficiently. Will definitely be calling him for any of my future window needs.
